- Meeting point: Sapa Stone Church, Sapa Town centre. Hotel pickup in Sapa town centre on request.
- Departures: half-day tours 8:00 AM or 1:00 PM (4–4.5 hours); full-day tours 8:00 AM (about 8 hours, lunch included).
- Deposit: 10% to confirm; balance in cash (VND or USD) on the tour day.
- Cancellation: free up to 24 hours before departure.
- Children: ages 5–8 pay 75% of the adult price; under 5 free.
- Jeeps are private for 2–6 guests; motorbike tours have one guest per bike riding as a passenger behind a local female rider (no licence needed). English-speaking guide on every tour.
